Privacy notice

This notice covers the public website at nelangiecares.com, operated by Nelangie Cares LLC (“Nelangie Cares”, “we”). It does not cover our client services or the separate, access-controlled client application, which are governed by our client agreements and business associate agreements.

What this website does not do

• No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
• No cookies.
• No accounts or sign-up.

Like any website, our hosting provider may automatically process standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver pages and protect against abuse. Our contact form also uses your IP address briefly, in memory, to limit repeated submissions. We do not use this data to identify or profile visitors.

The contact form

If you use the form on our contact page, we collect:

• your name, organization, role and email address;
• your phone number, if you choose to give it;
• your organization type, the services you are interested in, and your message.

We use this information only to reply to you and to discuss a possible engagement. When you submit the form, it is sent to us as an email through our email delivery provider, Resend, and arrives in our business inbox. The website itself does not store your submission. Resend processes the message to deliver it, under its own privacy and security terms. We keep correspondence in our email for as long as it is needed for that conversation or any resulting engagement. We do not sell or rent it.

When you email or call us

We receive the information you choose to share and use it only to respond and to discuss a possible engagement.

Patient information

Please do not send protected health information (PHI) through the contact form, email, voicemail or text. The form asks you to confirm this before sending. Patient data is only exchanged after a business associate agreement is in place, through a secure channel.
